Maureen Owen, Pet Portrait Artist

Please take a look at my gallery, which shows just a sample of my portraits of cats and dogs. I am also happy to produce portraits of other pets.

I used to work in watercolour, but have recently been achieving very good results with Pastel pencils, being able to work in so much more detail, especially with regard to the fur. I am therefore continuing to use this technique, to produce good quality and extremely realistic animal portraiture.
